that has a goal of being a network information site that is useful and informative,
principally for Miami Police Veterans, but universally accessible.

The Miami Police Veterans Association website is for the exclusive use of present and former City of Miami, Florida, Police Employees. Any eligible member who has paid their 2006 dues ($20) may utilize this website. Access for those members will not expire until January 1, 2007.

Paid up members using this website for the first time should select a username for yourself (such as your last name) and make sure this username contains no spaces. You will also need to create a private password. Together these will be your "key" into the Miami Police Veterans MEMBERS AREA from now on. This information will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to the webmaster, not to ordinary users. You will be E-mailed upon approval of your application.

The first time you access the website after you have successfully registered, you will be asked to type your username and password in order to access the Miami Police Veterans Member's Area. You will be able to access any of the links within the member's area for entirety of your session without having to log in to each one.
